Mohamad Ali is a senior Technology and Digital Transformation leader with over 18 years of international experience spanning North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He specializes in bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and complex technical execution. As a triple-certified professional (Adm.A., CMC, and PMP), he brings a regulated, ethical approach to independent advisory, ensuring that enterprise systems serve as engines for business growth rather than sources of technical debt.

Narjes Diya, MBA

Director, Delivery & Operational Excellence

Narjes is an established Team Lead and Project Management professional with over 17 years of experience in managing complex project lifecycles within highly compressed timelines. She specializes in architecting comprehensive project plans that align diverse stakeholders on budgets, communication protocols, and risk mitigation strategies. At Viseway, she leads the Execution Support pillar, ensuring that strategic digital roadmaps are transformed into disciplined, high-performing operational realities.
