He supports leadership teams with independent perspective, practical structure, and disciplined follow-through at critical technology and transformation decision points.
Mohamad Ali brings experience in enterprise systems governance, operating-model design, technology roadmapping, PMO and portfolio governance, process modernization, automation, and high-risk program delivery.
